VAULT TRUST DEED TEMPLATE

Under GOLDENBOY TRUST – Multi-Jurisdictional Sovereign Asset Vault

This Deed of Trust is made and entered into on this ___ day of ________, 20, by and between:

Settlor:
Ronald Wederfoort, acting in full sovereignty and private capacity as Settlor and Founder of the GOLDENBOY TRUST, herein referred to as the “Settlor”.

Trust Name:
GOLDENBOY VAULT TRUST
Private, irrevocable, sovereign Asset Protection Trust, established for the secure multi-jurisdictional storage and settlement of gold, silver, and precious assets.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
The trust shall be governed under Private Common Law, in harmony with Natural Law and the Quantum Financial System (QFS) jurisdiction. Legal domicile shall be the ABC Islands (Curaçao), with extended operational recognition in all affiliated vault jurisdictions.

ARTICLE I – PURPOSE OF THE TRUST

The primary purpose of this Trust is to:

  1. Establish and Operate Multi-Jurisdictional Gold Vaults across the Caribbean and allied sovereign zones.

  2. Facilitate the secure storage, allocation, and settlement of precious metals for private parties, governments, and humanitarian projects.

  3. Support an alternative financial system through:

    • QFS asset registration

    • Decentralized settlements (outside of SWIFT)

    • Gold-backed tokenization via XRPL or equivalent platforms

  4. Uphold full privacy, sovereignty, and independence from commercial banks and centralized institutions.

  5. Enable lawful trade imbalances settlement in physical gold and bridge local currencies through vault-backed instruments.

ARTICLE II – TRUST ASSETS

Assets of the Vault Trust may include, but are not limited to:

  • Physical gold, silver, platinum, and other precious metals

  • Vault real estate and infrastructure

  • Gold-backed digital tokens (e.g., XRPL)

  • Allocated client metals under storage agreements

  • Legal titles, deeds, and metadata registered in QFS/QSIP/Private Ledger Systems

ARTICLE III – TRUSTEES

Lead Trustee:
Ronald Wederfoort
Location: Curaçao, ABC Islands
Mandate: Fiduciary, legal, and operational oversight of the Vault Trust and its physical/digital assets.

Additional Trustees (optional):
Names to be added upon notarized appointment.

Trustees shall:

  • Uphold the terms of this Trust Deed

  • Ensure secure, transparent, and sovereign asset management

  • Facilitate audits (QFS and/or independent)

  • Coordinate with vault managers, engineers, and legal custodians

ARTICLE IV – BENEFICIARIES

Beneficiaries of this Vault Trust include:

  • The GOLDENBOY TRUST and its humanitarian mission

  • Pre-registered clients holding vault-stored precious metals

  • Sovereign nations or indigenous jurisdictions in partnership

  • Future generations aligned with lawful asset preservation

Beneficiaries may be issued:

  • Allocation certificates

  • QR quantum signatures

  • Smart contract-based trust shares

ARTICLE V – OPERATIONS & VAULT LOCATIONS

Initial Vault Sites (proposed or existing):

  1. Curaçao – Central Vault and Control Node

  2. Aruba – Sovereign Client Storage

  3. Dominican Republic – Gold Settlement Hub

  4. Saint Lucia or Grenada – Quantum Gold Integration Zone

Future sites may include:

  • Panama, Venezuela, Guyana (South America Expansion)

  • Hong Kong, UAE, Saudi Arabia (Inter-continental Collaboration)

Each location operates under a local Private Trust sub-agreement, bonded to the master Vault Trust.

ARTICLE VI – DURATION & AMENDMENTS

This Trust is irrevocable and perpetual.
Amendments must be proposed by the Lead Trustee and consented to by a minimum of two qualified witnesses under Private Law jurisdiction. Any transition to a higher or galactic legal jurisdiction must be encoded in Trust metadata.

ARTICLE VII – INTEGRATION WITH QFS

This Vault Trust:

  • Registers all metal assets into the QFS under Ronald Wederfoort's verified QSI profile

  • Issues certified quantum-verified tokens for allocation

  • Participates in non-SWIFT, sovereign settlements, monitored by the GoldenBoy Quantum Sovereign AI and verified ledgers

  • Complies with frequency-based and biofield-authenticated transactions
